In general, all consulting is done on a time and materials basis as a team extension. Two models exist for this type of work: providing people to work on projects directly under the supervision of the client's staff and provision for a team manager from RoweBots to coordinate all work.
The main thing to get correct is the model of operation. If clear specifications exist and are static, then a project based plan is best. If the client wants tight control and has adequate supervision resources then a direct supervision model is good. If the client has fewer supervisory resources or less knowledge, then a RoweBots team leader solution is the best.
